Aspen Place at The Sawmill
 Strategically located just steps from Northern Arizona University and in the heart of Flagstaff, Aspen Place at The Sawmill is well situated at the corner of Butler Avenue and Lone Tree Road. Named after the Stone Forest Sawmill that once occupied the area, the project currently features 68,000 square feet and phase two is scheduled to begin construction in 2013.

The Grove at Flagstaff, a Campus Crest development, will feature 562 student housing units and amenities adjacent to Aspen Place at The Sawmill and will open summer of 2012.
