Aspen Place at the Sawmill
Strategically located just steps from Northern Arizona University and in the heart of Flagstaff, Aspen Place at the Sawmill is well situated at the corner of Butler Avenue and Lone Tree Road. Named after the Stone Forest Sawmill that once occupied the area, the project currently features 68,000 square feet and phase two is scheduled to begin construction in 2013.

Aspen Place at the Sawmill offers a lively and comfortable shopping and dining experience that complements the Northern Arizona lifestyle. Catering to residents, second home owners and visitors alike, the shopping center will feature a carefully planned mix of national and local shops, boutiques, cafes, sit-down and fast casual dining and services. Chico's, Cultured Cafe, Flagstaff Face & Body, Flagstaff Jean Company, Pita Jungle and Wildflower Bread Company are now open at Aspen Place. REI is expected to open in Spring 2014. Many more merchants will open soon.

The Grove at Flagstaff, a Campus Crest development, opened in August of 2012 and features 562 student housing units and amenities adjacent to Aspen Place at the Sawmill.

In 2014 Aspen Place at the Sawmill will launch phase two of the development with 30,000 additional square feet of retail space and 222 luxury apartments. The apartments suitably named The Village at Aspen Place, will be developed and built by Kansas City based developers, ePartment Communities, LLC and will be available in 1- and 2- bedroom floor plans. In addition to its prime location, the luxury apartments will also feature efficient floor plans with upgraded kitchens, bathrooms and appliances and numerous amenities including a courtyard with heated pool, on-site services and a resident clubhouse featuring a 24 hour fitness center, massage therapists and more. A multi-level garage will offer convenient residential parking. The Village at Aspen Place is expected to be completed in 2015.
